Hospitality in a unique setting
Putting the customer first, also in care. The Healthcare Hospitality Forum puts customer experience, communication and hospitality in the spotlight.
With HIDDEN we welcome you on Thursday, April 21 during this exclusive event in a unique location, the Verbeke Foundation in Kemzeke (Belgium).
There will be an interactive exhibition floor (HIDDEN stand SH11) and plenty of interesting workshops. The organization announced also two strong keynote speakers:
- Milo Berlin (director and trainer TrainMark) - "The Power of Hospitality"
- Bas Hoogland (former commercial director of Landal GreenParks) - "How do you become the client friendliest organization of the country (and how do you keep it that way ...)?"
The forum will be held at the Verbeke Foundation in the midst of modern and contemporary art. This makes the Healthcare Hospitality Forum the first healthcare congress where you are invited to visit a museum too.
