The technicians of the future
Our production departments are the backbone of Haelvoet. It is there that raw materials such as metal tubes and wooden plates are turned into valuable healthcare furniture.
Our knowledge of materials and our machinery are invaluable, even for the new generation, the technicians of tomorrow.
It is for them that Haelvoet decided to open its doors in Ingelmunster. The enthusiastic youngsters of the local technology club were given a guided tour in the different production units. The aim is to introduce the wonderful world of technology, tools and materials to young people aged 10 – 12. During the tour they even got the opportunity to use a drill, operate a machine and make their own pen holder.
