The Nora bed from Haelvoet is a multifunctional and innovative column bed. With integrated safety features and a focus on comfort and ergonomics, the Nora bed offers an optimal solution for any hospital environment. Additionally, a column bed is easy to clean due to its open carriage.

For additional support during transport, the bed can optionally be equipped with WeAssist™, an innovative mobility solution from TENTE and LINAK. WeAssist™ detects the push and steering impulses applied by the user to the bed and provides intelligent assistance for almost every manoeuvre. Thanks to smart software and the TENTE Integral Assist wheel, the hospital bed can be moved significantly more easily, without the need for a second caregiver.

The Nora bed can optionally be equipped with a lateral tilt of the mattress platform (15°). This function supports caregivers in safely repositioning patients, reduces physical strain during care activities and facilitates transfers into and out of bed. By regularly changing pressure distribution, the lateral tilt also supports the positioning of long-term bedridden patients and contributes to a comfortable and ergonomic care environment.
